Client Responsibilities

As a client of Europa Oil, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain appropriate insurance coverage
• Pay all fees and charges in a timely manner
• Use our services only for lawful purposes

Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• Invoices are due within 30 days of issue
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• All prices are subject to change with notice
• Payment methods accepted: bank transfer, letter of credit

Limitation of Liability

Europa Oil's liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding obligations must be fulfilled, and any remaining fees must be paid.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to Terms

Europa Oil reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
